Message	I the Valentine 1 loyalists will be upset, but V1 does not detect PoP mode radar and so you should not use V1 if they use PoP in your area. They use PoP in IL, and I narrowly avoided a ticket because I detected it. PoP mode detection suffers from many false alarms and I was about to turn off that band of detection when I found a real cop using it. Lucky for me I delayed a few more days... Tickets suck. If it weren't for the insurance cost increases, I would be tempted to just take my chances without a detector and pay the occasional ticket. But yeah, JRH is right, all jammers are either highly illegal or just plain ineffective, or both, in the tests I have seen published. - John
